We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and cute, speaking multiple languages fluently. The hotel facility was modern, very clean, and had great interior design. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with an assortment of fresh rolls, various yogurts, meats, cheeses, and fresh juices. The location of the hotel was also convenient as it was near a train stop and there were great restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the free transportation ticket that allowed us to explore this city for free.
Couldn't fault anything.

Delicious breakfast with fresh rolls and homemade jams. Convenient location near train station. Friendly and multilingual owners. Attentive staff and clean rooms. Accommodating check-in and luggage storage.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing with a wide range of options and some homemade jams. The location was perfect, near a train stop and great restaurants. Also, there were some free e-bikes available for guests to explore the area.
Parking was expensive, and the hotel was close to a train track which could be noisy. It is better to ask for a room far from the tracks if you want to have a more peaceful night.

Located conveniently close to the train station, Charme Hotel offers a Ticino Ticket for free public transportation around the region. the rooms are soundproofed and come with comfortable beds and excellent showers. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of fresh food like rolls, homemade jams, and fruits. the owners are friendly and accommodating, allowing late check-ins and luggage storage.
The hotel could improve the quality of service in terms of room allocation.

The hotel was in a convenient location with good access to public transportation. the breakfast offered had good quality and variety, and the garden terrace was a nice touch. there were opportunities for swimming nearby and the atmosphere was cozy.
The room we booked was not what we received and the noise from the railway nearby was bothersome. Some of the staff were also unfriendly and unprofessional, providing a negative experience.
